We collect the details you submit in a booking request — full name, mobile number, email address, city, preferred contact method, and the rental schedule and vehicle you select. We do not require any government ID, driver's license, or payment information to be uploaded through this website.

2. How we use it

We use your contact information solely to confirm your booking, coordinate vehicle release and return, and communicate about your rental. We never sell your data to third parties.

3. Documents verified upon release

On the pickup day, we photocopy your valid driver's license and one government-issued ID for our records, per Philippine self-drive rental practice. These physical copies are stored securely and used only for verification, insurance, and dispute resolution.

4. Retention

We retain booking records for the duration required by law. You may request deletion of your personal contact record at any time by calling +63 917 123 4567.
