Rental Terms

  1. Driver requirements. Renter must be at least 23 years old and hold a valid Philippine or international driver's license for at least 2 years.
  2. Documents. Present a valid driver's license and one government-issued ID upon vehicle release. Photocopies are kept for our records.
  3. Payment. Rental fee is due upon vehicle release. Accepted methods: cash, bank transfer, or GCash. No online prepayment through this website.
  4. Fuel. Vehicles are released with a specified fuel level and must be returned with the same level. Refueling charges apply otherwise.
  5. Grace period. A 1-hour grace period applies to return time. Late returns beyond the grace period incur hourly charges. Returns more than 4 hours late are billed as one full additional day.
  6. Mileage. Unlimited mileage unless otherwise specified per vehicle. Out-of-town trips must be declared in advance.
  7. Damage & incidents. The renter is liable for damage, traffic violations, and toll fees incurred during the rental period.
  8. Cancellation. Booking requests may be cancelled anytime before vehicle release at no cost. Cancellations after release are subject to the applicable rental charges.
  9. Booking request vs. reservation. Submitting the online form creates a booking request. It becomes a reservation only after we contact you and mark it as Reserved or Confirmed.
